VIIHTYVYYSSÄÄNNÖT

 

1. VFOY kannattaa kaikkien ihmisten tasa-arvoa. VFOY edellyttää kaikkien jäsentensä kohtelevan toisiaan ja VFOY:n henkilökuntaa asiallisesti ja kunnioittavasti sukupuolesta, sukupuoli-identiteetistä, vammaisuudesta, etnisestä alkuperästä, vakaumuksesta, seksuaalisesta suuntautumisesta tai iästä riippumatta. VFOY:llä on nollatoleranssi sellaisten toimien suhteen, jotka jäsenet tai henkilökunta voivat kokea loukkaaviksi tai halventaviksi. Tähän kuuluvat sanat, kehonkieli, pukeutuminen ja muut ilmaisun muodot.

 

2. Tilat on tarkoitettu vain harjoitteluun liittyvää toimintaa varten ja jäsen voi käyttää niitä yksinomaan kyseiseen tarkoitukseen. Jäsen on velvollinen noudattamaan VFOY:n asettamia, kulloinkin voimassaolevia viihtyvyyssääntöjä ja treenaamisesta annettuja ohjeita, jotka löytyvät VFOY:n verkkosivuilta https://vastavoima.net.

 

3. Kunniota kaikkien yksityisyyttä.

Älä ota/jaa valokuvia tai videoita muista jäsenistä tai työntekijöistä ilman heidän lupaansa.

 

Mitä voit odottaa meiltä?

- Noudatamme toimintatapaamme kaikessa toiminnassamme.

- Tiedotamme tästä käytännöstä kaikille jäsenille, työntekijöille ja muille kanssamme työskenteleville.

- Ryhdymme toimiin, jos joku ilmoittaa käytännesääntöjen rikkomisesta tai tuntee olonsa epämukavaksi tiloissamme. Työskentelemme asianomaisten kanssa sopivan ratkaisun löytämiseksi, joihin voi kuulua: vastaajan varoittaminen, pyytäminen poistumaan tiloista, jäsenyyden mitätöiminen ja kielto osallistumasta tulevaisuudessa.

 

CODE OF CONDUCT

 

1. VFOY is committed to equality for all people. We expect all our Members to treat each other and our staff with fairness and respect regardless of gender, gender identity, disability, race, religious beliefs, sexual orientation or age. VFOY has zero-tolerance for actions that members and staff may find offensive or degrading. We must all:

● Foster a safe environment that is free from physical, written, verbal, or sexual harassment, violence, bullying, or discrimination.

● Respect boundaries. Be aware that each person is different and will have different personal and cultural boundaries. Pay attention to both verbal and non-verbal signals, and be respectful of others' wishes.

 

2. The facilities are intended for training-related activities and may be used by the Member solely for that purpose. It is the Member's responsibility to comply with the Rules of Conduct in force and to comply with any instructions given by VFOY staff, either verbally or in writing, concerning training methods and the use of equipment. Members are expected to behave at all times in a manner that does not disturb other members, residents of the same property as VFOY, or VFOY staff and suppliers.

 

3. Respect the privacy of others. Do not take photos/videos of others and/or do not share images of or information belonging to others without their express permission.

 

What can you expect from us?

- We will follow and uphold our own Code of Conduct in everything we do.

- We will communicate this policy to all members, employees and others who work with us.

- We will take action when someone reports a breach of the code of conduct or is uncomfortable in our space. We will work with the complainant to determine an appropriate response. Which might involve: warning the offender, asking the offender to leave the premises, revoking their membership and banning them from future attendance.
